Return Period

Customers have 14 days from the date their order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original condition
• All original packaging must be included

Items that show signs of use or are returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back. This helps ensure the return reaches us safely and allows both parties to track the delivery.

Wiens Home cannot be responsible for returns that are lost during transit.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different item instead of a refund, exchanges are available upon request. Please mention in your email that you would like to exchange the product and our team will guide you through the process.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives, it will be inspected by our team.

If the return meets the eligibility requirements, your refund will be processed within 7 business days after the inspection is completed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transfer after the refund has been issued.

No Restocking Fees

Wiens Home does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
