Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order placed with Wiens Home includes free delivery. There are no minimum purchase requirements or extra conditions. We believe receiving your home decor should feel simple and hassle free.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, so your order should arrive within 4–8 business days in total. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa. All payments are processed through secure SSL encryption to ensure your information remains protected.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, there may still be time to make changes or cancel it. The best approach is to email us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. After that, your bank or payment provider may need a few additional days to complete the transaction.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available. If you would like to swap an item for another option, simply contact us at info@wienshome.com and our team will guide you through the process.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we deliver only within Ireland. Our priority is providing the best possible experience for customers locally. If shipping expands to other regions in the future, we will share that news with our community.
What is your return policy?
If you decide your item is not the right fit for your space, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Just send an email to info@wienshome.com and we will explain the next steps.
Is my personal and payment information safe?
Yes. Your privacy and security are extremely important to us. Wiens Home does not store sensitive payment details, and every transaction is handled through a secure checkout system.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 7 business days have passed since shipment and your parcel has still not arrived, please contact us at info@wienshome.com so we can investigate for you.
